How do I place an order?

1. Choose the type of product you would like.
2. Select your design - or for bespoke orders contact us at info@eat-your-words.co.uk.
3. Type your personalised message into the box(s).
4. Enter the quantity that you require and click 'Add to Basket'.
5. Repeat the process for any other items you would like to purchase.
6. Proceed to the checkout and select your chosen method of payment.
7. You will receive a confirmation of your order including your personalisation details.
8. Remember to register for our newsletter to keep you up to date with all of our latest products & offers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment online by credit and debit cards. We accept cards from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (Switch), Solo and Electron.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

We ask for 14 days from receipt of order, 7 days for birth announcements. However if you need your order sooner, please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your deadlines.

Can I send the chocolate through the post?

Yes you can.

Does your chocolate contain nuts?

Yes, it is possible that all of our products could contain traces of nuts.

How long does your chocolate last for?

All of our chocolate bars will have a minimum shelf life of 6 months when they reach you.
