We accept orders through our website (www.eat-your-words.co.uk) paid for by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, Solo or Maestro/Switch. We are unable to accept payment by American Express at this time.

As an additional security measure to combat unauthorised card use we will also ask you to enter the last three digits of the number printed on the reverse of your card at the checkout (this is called the Security Number or CVV number).

If you wish to pay by cheque, we can only accept your order by telephone. We will only despatch your order once the cheque has cleared. If you pay by cheque your delivery time will typically be 7-10 working days from the date we receive your cheque.

All prices shown are in £(GBP) sterling. Our prices exclude any postage or delivery charges if applicable.

We can only accept orders paid for in sterling for delivery to UK mainland addresses. You must supply a UK postcode for your delivery and billing address.

We can only accept orders paid for with a payment card issued in your name.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
